The two big men on each block. One guard is in the ball side corner. The other guard is at the ball side elbow.
The big man right in front of the ball moves first. He sets a screen for either the player to his right or left. He never sets a screen for the player behind him. The guard at the elbow sets a screen for the player that the big man does pick for, either the block player or the guard in the corner.
When receiving a screen you cut to where the man set the pick for you started at.
