Formation:
The two guards at the elbow. Do not get wider than that.
The two big men are at half court wider than the guards.
If it is a man to man press and they are not letting us pass it in, then the guard in front of the ball sets a screen for the other guard and both players roll/cut to the ball.
When we get the ball in to one of the guards, the other guard cuts to the middle of the floor. The in bounder cuts away from the ball. These two players stop if the do not receive the pass. They do not take off and leave the ball handler by himself.
If we can not get the ball to the guards after two seconds, then the big man who is opposite the ball (weak side) flashes to the free throw line.
