One Handed Chest Pass

The one handed chest pass is similar to the two handed chest pass but instead of having the ball directly in front of your chest, the ball is loaded to the side (the load arm).

It is not a true one handed pass.  The non-load arm hand is on the ball and comes off at the end of the pass like the guide hand when shooting.
